At Inu & Oliphant, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase(s). So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item/s, you're welcome to send it back for a credit note to pick something else instead!
Please note that Inu & Oliphant does not offer refunds for returned purchases.
If you have changed your mind, or the item simply doesn't fit, please return the item/s and you will be issued a credit notes. Credit notes will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving the item back (excluding public holidays and weekends). Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please note we do not accept returns on sale items as these items are reduced to clear.
We do not accept returns on earrings, head wear for sanitary reasons.
Faulty Items & Refunds
We endeavour to only send out products in perfect condition. However, if you feel for any reason that you have been sent a faulty item, please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel with photos. In the event that we are unable to offer a repair or replacement, we will be happy to issue a refund.
If you receive your item and find that it’s not exactly what you expected, it doesn't fit or you simply just changed your mind, we are happy for you to return the item/s to us within 14 days of the order date; international orders are given 30 days to return from the order date. After this time the item/s will not be accepted back.
To facilitate the return of an item you've purchased from us, please follow the below steps:
- Email email@example.com with 'Return Request' and your name as the subject of your email. You will also need to include the name on the order, your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for return.
- Upon receiving your Return Request Form from our customer care team, simply send your item(s) along with your completed returns form to:

Please note that item/s purchased online are able to be returned in-store, and in-store purchases must be returned in-store.
All item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Once Inu & Oliphant has received your return package, our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. Inu & Oliphant reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn, damaged, soiled, stains (make-up, fake tan) or altered in any way. These items won't be accepted and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a store credit. Rejected item/s will be sent back to customers but at customers’ expense.
Inu & Oliphant takes no responsibility for item/s that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, you should consider adding tracking or insurance. However, this is at your sole discretion, and Inu & Oliphant makes no representations or warranties in relation to the security of returned item/s.
